Worst experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Bradley performed surgery on my foot and after having seen an Orthopedic doctor, I’ve found that he didn’t do the surgery correctly, removed the pins too soon and now I’m looking at another surgery to fix the issue. Billing department is also submitting fraudulent billings to my insurance company. Thankfully they were not paid. Would not recommend to anyone.
I had scheduled a bunion ectomy and a second metatarsal osteotomy. Only the bunion correction was done, after finding this out after my two week follow up. Before the surgery I was told that both would be done. And to make matters worse Dr. Bradley never showed back up to the practice After this happened. No communication no explanation. And continuing to just be pushed off. Now I get to have another surgery elsewhere. Simply because he forgot. Thanks.
Dr Bradley was outstanding. The surgery went well, I am healing just fine. The only issue I had was with the schedulers, she had a Bad attitude, she lied to cause me problems out of spite and they failed to inform me they were closing the location I was going to, which is closer. I felt that was kind of negligent. I didn’t get to choose if I wanted to start at a place that was closing when I need my other foot done. I wanted them both by the same Dr to ensure the same work. Not a traveler.

Only to find out that they only did the bunion correction (when I asked at my 2 week follow up why I only had one incision. But the real issue is that Dr Bradley left the practice the day after my surgery not to return to give me any explaination. So I was constantly disregarded until I chose to leave the practice. So now another surgery! Thanks
Dr. Bradley is knowledgeable and takes time with his patients. He listens to the patient to find out what the problem(s) are and then explains the diagnosis so the patient will understand. Dr. Bradley is always in a great mood and positive. His assistants are also very knowledgeable and great with patient. The problems are when you call in to schedule an appointment or leave a message. It takes too much time. When an appointment is cancelled, no instructions of what to do.
