Today was my 1st visit. Dr Lyko listened to every concern I had. He explained any answer he gave when I asked a question and I felt he genuinely cared. He spent time with me listening and I didn't feel like I was just another numbShow moreer to his day and he had to rush out. Those are big things I look at when choosing to see and stay with a provider. The office ladies Jen and Angie,and the nurse that I sadly did not catch her name,were very friendly from the first phone call up to checkout.
The front desk was wonderful compared to other experiences I have had. Compassionate and they really went the extra mile for me when insurance stuff wasn’t working out as planned. Dr. Lyko was wonderful. He also went the extra milShow moree to fit me in and he did a great job of explaining things to me. He listened well. I wish I had more time to ask questions, but the questions I had he answered very well. He drew pictures and showed me scans so I could understand what was happening and my next steps.

I felt well attended to in an efficient and thorough manner. Dr. Lyko asked me questions and listened to my response as well as explaining things to me and answering my questions. I’m confident that the treatment plan is appropriate based on test results.

I have seen this provider for years, before he started his own practice. He is by far the most knowledgable and thorough provider I've had. When others don't know, he does. His office staff is great! They are timely, caring and attentive, which you don't find in the medical field anymore.

Dr Lyco and his staff were very kind and he explained my recents bone density test and recent surgery for a compression fracture. He is very concerned and gave me materials to read about some possible medications and recommended I come in for a consultation with an osteoporosis specialist. I am very comfortable talking with him regarding all of the things I have tried to help me build stronger bones.

This was my first visit to see Dr Lyko. The office was comfortable, the receptionist was wonderful, as was Dr Lyko's nurse. My wait time to see Dr Lyko was very short which was great. He was very attentive, listened to my concerns, came up with a diagnosis and sent me on my way with a treatment plan in one visit. I am so grateful to have been referred to him.
