I have been there twice already more because it’s convenient. Staff could be friendlier. I only had one employee greet me with a smile. Also when checking in they asked me to sign in then take a seat. When calling me back to the fShow moreront desk to confirm my personal info receptionist yelled across the office my street name and last 4 of my phone number. I work at a doctors office myself and we wait till pt is at the front desk so we can confirm info and not let other pts hear any personal info. I appreciated that they took me in and out in a timely manner but I feel there is always room for improvement
Professional caring staff from front office to back . Provider was professional, friendly , caring and on point . Only down issue was noise level in waiting room . Generally adults on phones playing games , checking account balanShow moreces, listening to music it was ridiculous. They do have sing that says telephones call must be outside . Some people idk . When you don’t feel well this is distressing . I was just hoping no one was in there for migraine . I don’t believe office can control waiting room . Maybe they could have sign for quite some . Other than . Was good care and highly recommended.

I recieved a lecture about how I need a primary care doctor and they couldnt help me with my high blood pressure eventhough they charged me again I guess it makes a different what doctor you get. Very disapointed

Adedayo Adebisi, NP, rushed in, did a quick exam and said I had a cold. She did not listen to my concerns. She sent allergy meds and Tylenol. Adebisi then rushed out. I realize they are busy but that was the worst care I have received. Do better for your patients!
ADEDAYO ADEBISI rushed in and quickly examined me. I've been sick for 2 weeks, she gave me allergy meds and said it was a cold. I completely disagree. I felt like she was in such a rush she didn't listen to my concerns. Terrible

The staff was very nice and helpful, the Doctor really heard all my concerns and she gave me a good explanation about what was going on she took her time to listen to me and i was talking care off. I will definitely be coming back if needed so.
My copay for urgent care is $60 and I have confirmed this with my health plan. This practice overcharged me even after I showed them my benefits on the same site they use to verify thier patients coverage (availity). Now wonderimg why I have to wait a year for a reimbursement check when they knew they are wrong. Go anywhere else or they will take advantage of you when your already at a disadvantage being sick smh poor patient care. It's obvious they are in it for the stolen money.
Told me i had a sore throat but turned out I didn’t, went to kaiser the next day and they told me that my tonsils are swollen and did multiple tests. Try to avoid this doctor if possible. She was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes, seems like she was rushing to go do something else.
