I recently had a tele-med appointment with Dr. Long, it was so easy! They send you all of the info you need to start the visit. Dr. Long is always so thorough and checks my overall well being not just for the reason of the visit. He and his wife, Dr. Thor have managed to make THE BEST medical clinic in St. Augustine! The entire staff is so helpful, courteous and kind. They really do care about you and your needs.

Today was my first day as a new patient with Dr. Long. I was very impressed with the staff and was made comfortable from the start. Dr. Long is very down to earth and very knowledgeable. He asked the right questions and has a great demeanor. Great plan of action ahead for a better life ahead.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Long for going on 10 years and would not go anywhere else! He was suggested by Tricare when there weren’t any doctors in Palm Coast who accepted Tricare! Now there seem to be plenty (although it doesn’t matter now that I’m on Medicare) but I don’t plan to change since I’m happy now and have been very happy for the past 9 years!
It is a pleasure to have Dr. Long as my primary care physician. He is very much up to date with modern medicine. He goes above and beyond to explain and offer options for treatments of whatever ailments you may have. Very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Crescent Beach Care for any medical needs.
