I came to Alana looking to switch medication management providers, I so appreciated my time with Alana. She was prepared for my evaluation and had a ton of knowledge and resources for me to look into to assist my treatment. She asShow moreked questions and challenged my thinking. I felt extremely comfortable talking with her and opening up. Alana is a master in her work and I wish I would have known about her YEARS ago. I can't wait to keep my journey going!
Alana took great time to help me weave through my meds and list them. She made some very helpful suggestions to take to my primary care dr. She showed genuine concern about the about the amount of pain I am in and supported my quShow moreest to follow up with some dr. that I am pursuing to assist and find a possible surgeon to assist. Thank you Alana for you compassion and meet me where I was on that appt.

From the moment I met Alana I felt very at ease, and was assured that she would do her best to help me solve my problems. She’s very easy to talk to, and asks important questions that help you determine the proper way your treatment should be handled.
Meeting Alana for the first time was great! She sincerely wants to help me and asked thoughtful and insightful questions so that I would be able to let her know about my condition and problems. I feel as though she will help me through this part of my life.
Alana is so understanding. I have a hard time communicating with people, she was willing to just let me talk so I can figure out how to talk. It was so important for me.

It’s hard to nail the right fit when it comes to finding a therapist, but Dr. Jacobs has a wealth of practical wisdom, knowledge of my condition, and can deliver blunt truth while still employing a deep sense of empathy. I’m very impressed so far with her quality of care.
