Alejandra A. Francis is passionate about Nutrition and Dietetics to help people achieve a healthy and happy life. She graduated from Keiser University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition. After graduation she completed her Clinical Supervised Practice Internship and Coordinated Program working in many different settings. These includes a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility, Community Nutrition, and Hospital (Clinical/ Dietary Department). Following this she became a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the State of Florida. Since then, she has been predominately working in Long Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facilities. While she was in her Clinical Rotations especially in Community Nutrition for the Health Department Elderly Affairs Congregate Meal Sites, “the Meals on Wheels Program”, this experience amplified her passion in Community Nutrition in health promotion and disease prevention measures.
