Everyone I spoke to at the front desk whether in person or over the phone, was so kind and helpful! Amber Oyama was so great! I was in and out within 25 minutes for an appt, but Amber made sure to really hear me out and my concernShow mores if I had any. I feel great about coming back there and them being my regular clinic! I have yet to receive my prescriptions, but I’m sure I will get them with ease! All I have are good things to say. The bad reviews are a surprise to me!
I started looking for help with my PTSD and mental illness for all of my adult life. I feel like I am receiving good care at bridge city. I never have to sit in the waiting room for long periods of time. I feel safe there, which iShow mores really important to me. My doctor's listen, care and give me good advice. The trama therapy with Kelli has really helped with my anxiety during the evening hours at home. Thank you

Amber is so kind and helpful EVERY visit I have with her. From physical health issues, women’s health to mental health- she answers all my questions and puts me at ease. She is also very quick to get my prescriptions sent off and refilled. A perfect doctor in my opinion! The clinic is quiet, clean and comforting. Staff is amazing!

Dr. Oyama was able to see me the next for a lab test. I was impressed that I could get a preliminary analysis which she discounted as an unlikely reason for concern. At previous provider I was immediately given one medication only to be changed 2-5 days later.
Amber was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with.
FNP Amber displays kindness and compassion when administering her exams. She is thorough in her treatment which provided me with much reassurance. I am glad I chose to establish care with her and the clinic.

I've only been here two times, but - first off, scheduling an appointment is easy and you're not stuck waiting 3 months for one (like where I used to live), the office and medical staff are all very kind and awesome, and I really appreciate the patience and care they provide! Shout out to Amber for not making me feel like a fool about my anxious concerns.

Reception is unresponsive and unkind. The medical assistant is unconcerned and very rude, has a lot of attitude. They do not care for your well being and it shows in conversation. Also, the medical assistant is extremely combative for no reason.
For an initial "meet & greet" we got off to an excellent start. She impressed me with her broad range of health issues. Afterwards, my husband told me he'd likely switch to her once his present doctor moved.
1st visit here. So delighted to find Amber and the support staff so friendly, confident and professional.
