I'm not sure if it was the fidget toys or the shared interest of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but there was an immediate connection between Ann and my daughter during our very first visit. After the visit my daughter shared, "IShow more really like her and feel like I can trust her". I'm confident we'll get the help we need with Ann Torres.

Ann is so kind and personable during the interview. She really tries to make you feel important and that’s what is important to me. She also has some good advice about what to do when you’re having problems. And I really appreciate that so much.
