Dr Rivera was HIGHLY recommended by a close friend. I never had surgery before and this was going to be my first. I had a Inguinal Hernia. I had it for 9 years. I kept putting it off cause of the stories I heard about the pain I'dShow more be in after the surgery. We'll I'm grateful I waited the 9 years. Dr Rivera did an amazing job. From the time I woke up after the surgery to this day (3 weeks later) I've had ZERO pain. Didn't even have to take a pain pill. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR RIVERA. He's the BEST!
My Dad and I did not have much an experience with the staff at this facility. My Dad was referred to Dr. Biswas by the Gastro Group on October 21, and his procedure was scheduled for Nov. 3 but The Gastro Group did not give my DadShow more pre-op papers so we had to reschedule the appointment. The next appointment given was with Dr. Rivera, my Dad appreciates the visit with Dr. Rivera, and the Doctor gave good information as to how to proceed I'm just hoping this choice is best for my Dad. Thanks

Dr Rivera was great , his staff is amazing , they are friendly helpful , a lot of doctors offices could take some lessons from them !!
I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Rivera. He took time explaining the procedure and what it entails. I didn't feel like was being rushed out the door after the visit, as I have experienced with other physicians. The office has a nice quiet atmosphere. Very relaxing while you wait to be seen.

Dr. Rivera provided outstanding surgical care; his concern and professionalism were apparent throughout my journey. The entire office staff was friendly, organized, and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Rivera if you require a surgical procedure.
Dr. Rivera is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He does a great job listening to your issues and addressing your concerns. This office is also very knowledgeable about the insurance plans and how to best take advantage of cost savings when you have multiple insurance coverage. I also like that they send you an email / text reminder prior to your appointment.
Dr. Rivera is an amazing. He takes time to explain all details of your surgery and answers all your question. Blessed to have him do my surgery.

It was a bit of a wait because Dr. Rivera had emergency surgury before he arrived at the office. He was very nice and he explained everything though I must confess I didn't understand everything he said. It's such a relief knowing I am finally getting my surgury done. Every body there was so kind and professional. I am so glad I was referred to him .
The wait time was short and so was the exam time. Your exam of my wound was quick and it appears I may be healing. I did not receive another appointment for any more review by you. Hope I do not need one now.
