Dr. Eisenhart was introduced to me from my mom while I had a severe case of Covid. I was already turned away from two other doctors, they said Covid needed to take it's course. If not for the love and care from Dr. Eisenhart I wShow moreould have been another number in the hospital, with who knows what form of outcome. She saved my life! She took an oath to provide care for her patients (if if new) but she went above and beyond. I have found a new family practitioner, and could not be more blessed!
I am 71 years old and I have seen my share of Dr's in my life time but I have never met one that has taken the time to find my medical problems like Candee Eisenheart did. I would not be alive today without her ability to hear a Show moreirregular heart sound in my heart. I have never found a more caring astute ability to diagnose me where other specialists could not she picked up on it from the first time she listened to it and straight to a cardiologist. She is amazing!

I have dual diagnoses topped off with extreme social anxiety. Today I had my first appt to establish care. All staff was kind and patient putting me at ease. Candee was very patient, thorough & kind. Having a unique disorder and anxiety I can get flustered trying to express myself but Candee helped keep me focused without making me feel uncomfortable. We have a step one plan and I can honestly say I’m looking forward to seeing her again, unlike my experiences with other medical providers ??
I cannot say enough great things about Candee and her staff. Vanessa and Kasey are also fantastic. Candee always goes above and beyond to ensure that my family and I receive the absolute best care possible. Candee Eisenhart, NP is out of the office, yet I received a call from her checking the status of my COVID and my husband too. Medication was needed; which she explained the drugs to be taken and I was able to get in the afternoon.

I am not an easy patient. It's working numerous things wrong with me. And Candee is quite amazing when it comes to those type of things she researches helps you understand things that you might not be able to on your own. One of my difficulties is I cannot take A lot of medications because I have kidney problems. She is amazing helping me maneuver through meds. And have to say I'm in my late '60s and she has the best bedside manner I have ever dealt with!
From the minute you walk through the door you fell welcomed and valued. Wonderful staff, front and back office.
