Showed up for a 10:30 appointment at 10:25 and immediately met with a credit card machine being waved in my face not even a simple “Good Morning”. We were called back to the room around 10:35. Where we waited for 45 minutes for thShow moree doctor to come in. After spending a whopping 8 minutes with us she just walked out. Where the assistant then administered the vaccines and walked out. No future appointment was made and no “goodbye” I wish this office was more personable, and friendly. no thanks

It was our first time with Dr. Macaulay and I was so happy I met her. I didn’t know heart to heart pediatrics had an alternative Dr. and was so pleased with our experience that I will make sure we only see her in the future. She truly loves what she does. Very thorough and patient. <3

This review is for the service time primarily. I had an appointment at 12:00pm and didn’t get seen until 2 hours later. Unfortunately it is not the first time I have waited a long time at this office. I was not able to get my child back to school on time. They need to do something about this if they want to retain patients.

I have been blessed to have come upon this Pediatricians office, I have now been with them for 8 years my 5 daughters are seen by both Pediatricians here, the staff is so warm and welcoming. The Drs. & staff go above and beyond to accommodate my large family of 5 daughters. Every visit is met with quality care.
