Mrs. James and all of the staff of ECO are a cut above the rest. Their care, knowledge, compassion, encouragement and PATIENCE are characteristics that are unfortunately hard to come by, in this current climate. The fact that I caShow moren TRUST my primary care provider to not only maintain my routine health needs, but to also listen enough to detect major health concerns is beyond comforting. As a health care provider myself, it’s nice to be able to see people practicing with such a strong foundation!
She listen to everything that I said said she’s going to call in anabiotic and the cough syrup and that’s gonna make me feel like a new person. I know it she was wonderful. This is the first time I’ve experienced genuine care in the medical industry. I’ve never had anyone care so much, ask so many questions, or explain things to me like they do here. Truly kind people.

It would be nice not to have to come in Everytime I need 1 refill. Hopefully my prescriptions would have 2 or more refills. So that I wouldn't have to bother you every 30 days. ECO Health IS A GREAT PRACTICE WHO PAYS GREAT ATTENTION TO THEIR PATIENTS AS WELL TIME INDIVIDUALLY..

My baby has been in her care since he was a new born. I love the care that she gives my son. Her team is also amazing. My wife and I received her services for COVID. She gave us a natural alternative to fight it, and it worked wonders. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.

ECO is the most comprehensive, caring, and thorough health care clinic in the Greater Cincinnati area. Caroletta and her staff provide very comprehensive, knowledgeable, care, that goes above and beyond!!! They truly do care, and strive to provide the best health care available.
What ever issues you may have, they do a great job of identifying them and attacking the problem; to get you back to normalcy.

Carlotta and her team are very professional. My first visit, I felt very comfortable with everyone and they showed that they really do care for the patient. NP James does a great job!
