I am very satisfied with the care Dr. Ball and his staff offers. I was in awe when he took the time to explain the results of my labs and explain how it contributed to the symptoms my body was experiencing. My last doctor didn't dShow moreo that nor was very concerned. I was definitely convinced that I had made the right choice with Dr. Ball when he prayed over me, and the medicines he had prescribed to be effective. That's when I knew he was the doctor for me. He's one in a million.
My first visit with Dr. Ball. I left my last doctor care because all his remedy for anything was to throw another pill in my face. After meeting Dr. Ball, I felt that he truly cared about my health concerns and that he truly waShow morented to get to the bottom of my health issues. He was not about covering up my symptoms with drugs. He spent adequate time with my husband and I about my health. His staff were very friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. 5 stars for sure!

I am so pleased to have found Dr. Charles W. Ball. He is such a thorough doctor. He truly cares about "you," the "patient." He listens intently to your concerns. He answers all questions and NEVER makes you feel that your question is ridiculous. He gives you his undivided attention and then informs you of his plans and why he is choosing this plan. He addresses your concerns in regards to his plan. I felt that he truly cared about my healthcare. His staff is amazing.

Dr.Ball is always so helpful and listens to how I am feeling and gets to the bottom of it. Truly the best PCP and I love all the staff there, always so sweet and makes me laugh!

Dr Ball is my primary care doctor. He listens and spends enough time with me to actually know me and understand my medical issues. At 82 years old, I have found that as I age it becomes harder for me to know what issues I am having are just things that come with aging and what needs to be treated. He is a dedicated caring doctor!

When I had my first visit with Dr Ball it was going to visit an old friend. A warm and friendly environment from the first moment I walked through the door. I felt very secure and confident I was getting excellent care I would recommend Dr Ball to all my friends and family
Dr. Ball is a refreshing change of pace. He is not in a big hurry to get you out and another person in. I have always had problems communicating with doctors because they usually think their patients are stupid. Not Dr. Ball! He listens very well, provides his patients education where needed, and responds with treatment appropriate to address the concerns of his patients. I have already referred several friends to Dr. Ball and I plan to continue this practice until he tells me to stop.
I have been seeing Dr Ball for several months now, I have never been in the office that the staff have not been very helpful. Dr Ball will go above and beyond to help his patients. Its a Dr visit I actually look forward to going to! Everyone there is just so nice! Thank you
