I have been a patient at Virapel for 3 1/2 years and I am very happy with the care and treatment that I receive. I feel that MY time is valued, as I have not ever had to wait more than 5 minutes. When you first pull out side the receptionist Candace meets outside to check your temperature. Afterwards you enter the notice that it's very clean. The wait is minimal, when you go back in the room Dr Felt comes in explains everything very well and puts you at ease. I have been receiving pellets for 6years and this was the best insertion that I have received. Painless, highly recommended Dr Felt.
