Riggan has been so helpful to both my wife and I. He is worth every dime. I can't say enough about how he has reduced the fallout of my PTSD and my wife's anxiety from teaching at a tough public high school. He has such helpful inShow moresights in counseling along with adjusting meds and helping me know when and where to take them along with life skills to enhance navigating through life with disabling combat memories and learning how to cope in a blended family after divorce and remarriage.
I look forward to my visits with Chris. In over 30 years of therapy and medication management, I feel that he has been the best provider. My psychiatrist is remarkable. Chris has been an exceptional life coach, med specialist and helped me help myself. Psychiatry was my last cry for help because I struggled silently, deeply, unable to live in the now and actually see a future ahead for myself. Rewiring a brain is active work, it’s conscious work and I have noticed the results subconsciously, daily now. Our conversations are authentic and even if I don’t “bring” an issue to the appt, I leave with a little more of myself.
