While I love the staff, the providers and the ease of getting in and out of the facility I find the constant barrage of texting reminders of payment balance due to be a bit off putting. I don't mind being reminded of a balance onShow more an account (and they don't accept EAP from my insurance company) but I don't understand why it needs to be so often. Maybe I just don't understand....but it does become quite annoying; perhaps that is the point?
