Daniel Curtis, this is not a reflection on you personally. I fell in a store, hurt my self from something they had in the wrong place. The clerk never mention the store where it happen. The Doctor saw me never examine me to see Show morethe bruises I had on my body from the fall, which still show two months after it happen, just walked in and gave me a prescription for pain. I still have headache from the fall, this was June 22, 2021, I told the clerk on my last visit, I need to get a brain scan now.
When I called the office twice today. This morning DEC 29 within 30 sec the line hung up. I wanted to ask a question so i had to do a walk -in to ask about the child vaccine.. They did answer my question. When a nurse came out toShow more look for the patient. Other then that it was a okay visit. Got my shots here too. Wish it was a quicker way to just registered & not be standing in the cold. There no sign or ground print where to stand outside very small area to stand around.

Staff was very kind and helpful very efficient and diagnosed well I quickly began to get better which was such a relief.

I am glad I found Apple Urgent Care. From the check in to the initial exam and beyond, everyone was kind yet professional. I figured there would be a bit of a wait, but it was only about one hour which was not bad, considering the waiting room was fairly full.

Although there were a lot of people already waiting when we arrived, Apple Urgent Care worked quickly to see patients. Once we were called and put into a room the doctor came in almost immediately. Doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable and had excellent communication. My daughter who is only 3 was not scared and was very cooperative due to his friendly demeanor
