I went to this facility as I had been experiencing digestive issues going on 3 weeks, and the Doctor there seemed not concerned at all and annoyed to learn that I had been taking antibiotics that had been prescribed to me in MexicShow moreo. He said taking that only worsens my symptoms and that I should stop and go home. I went across the street to JFK’s ER and was diagnosed with diverticulitis! I would not recommend anyone go there. I went there first to try not to tie up the ER as I initially thought my condition was not that severe, but from now on, no matter how small my concern is I’d much rather go to the ER. Horrible service!
I have been there twice already more because it’s convenient. Staff could be friendlier. I only had one employee greet me with a smile. Also when checking in they asked me to sign in then take a seat. When calling me back to the fShow moreront desk to confirm my personal info receptionist yelled across the office my street name and last 4 of my phone number. I work at a doctors office myself and we wait till pt is at the front desk so we can confirm info and not let other pts hear any personal info. I appreciated that they took me in and out in a timely manner but I feel there is always room for improvement

Very helpful and nice
It was quick and easy. In and out fast
Went in for my son, his face was red - eye was puffy seemed like he was having an allergic reaction. Doctor did nothing for us but say someone farted on my son’s pillow. The way my son looked wasn't normal. My son was very confused on why he wasn’t getting the help he needed. Definitely won’t be going back there, but thank you to EDDIE (not sure his title there) for always being so kind and helpful.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It took less than 15 minutes to get looked at by the doctor. The doctor knew my issue and prescribed appropriate medications.
I went in with extremely high blood pressure and I did not want to go to the hospital the doctor gave me something and I felt so much better everyone is so nice and I was in and out super fast the longest wait was the 10 minutes to make sure my blood pressure was stable and this is the only urgent care I will ever go to for now on

its been two times, i go asking for some tipe of injection for my illness and he just say, pills works better, ibuprofen 800 mg.

This doctor was exactly what I was looking for to help my child feel better fast. He assessed, made a plan and had us on our way quickly and back to our vacation. All of the office staff were friendly and helpful as well.
I’m disappointed that they no longer take VA and treat veterans.

Honestly, I will never recommend this doctor . He didn’t let me explain my pain, he just entered the room said whats he wants to say reading the medical assistant chart , he didn’t even asked me what’s wrong why are you here? His visit to the room was easy two minutes. talking with attitude no respect or listen to the patient. Looking at the patient disrespectfully like he the only doctor in this world , he should learn the doctors manners first, before seeing any patients
Only spoke to me for 3 minutes top and was rude, condescending, and generally unhelpful.
His bedside manner is something that I have not seen in a while. He explained in a way easily understood and very helpful. Thank you Dr. Thompson!
