I had an appointment scheduled a year before the date. The day before, I received the reminder email, only to receive a call a few hours later that the appointment was cancelled which I totally understand if there was a good reasoShow moren, which was not given, and further, I could not rebook with the Dr. Scatina anytime that year. I needed to see her to speak to a possible treatment that could not be answered by assistant and feel it was rude and unprecedented in my experience with healthcare provider

I love this dermatology office. Dawn and Dr. Scatena are both amazing! They are very thorough when it comes to my skin checks. They have caught pre-cancerous cells. I feel like I’m in good hands with these two. They take their time with you, listen deeply, and are very attentive. I highly recommend this office!

Made a virtual appointment and waited over 20 minutes but no one ever logged on. Called multiple times to try and still have the appointment or see what was going on and wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone. I sent an email stating all I needed was my prescription refilled and mentioned rescheduling the appointment if needed. Finally spoke to front desk staff after multiple attempts and they said they’d get back to me but no one ever did.
