Deirdre is a Licensed Psychological Associate and Health Service Provider. She has over 15 years of experience as a licensed school psychologist. Deirdre is skilled at providing group and individual counseling for children and adolescents. Her approach to therapy encompasses several modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness therapy, and play-therapy.
