There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Dr. Kelly and her staff. Besides her saving my life thru covid. She cares and is always gets me in with no wait time. They treat me like family. I had my husband see them and Show morethey found what was wrong with him in 1 visit that other doctors could not find . If it wasn't for her neither me not my husband would be alive today. I feel so blessed to finally have an awesome Doctor who truly cares and for that, I am forever greatfull. ??
I was in Laughlin visiting with family and friends, heard about the opening of her walk in clinic, decided to go get my urine checked for a possible UTI, from the moment I walked in, I felt very comfortable being there as the entiShow morere staff was very welcoming and spent time with me talking to me. Donna spent at least 30 mins with me discussing my concerns and how I felt over all, she made me feel as if I was a family member(just like their shirts say) she took great care of me. Highly recommend..

I like Donna she is very thorough. The wait time in the exam room was a little too long. That could be a one time thing as it was my first visit.

I contacted Donna Kelly’s office in the morning and was able to get same day appointment over very concerning issue I had experienced the day before. She asked concerned questions and ran a test, as well as a treatment plan with other tests. Her staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. My experience today was a very positive one.
I found Donna Kelly to be very succinct and thorough through her very busy schedule. I would recommend her as she is very informative and helpful.

Had been looking for a new family doctor went to other doctors but never felt a connection Dr Kelly was referred to me by a friend I felt comfortable as soon as I met the doctor She seemed genuinely interested in my health
I feel that I received the best care you could ask for today from Donna. Her genuine concern for me as a patient led to a conversation that uncovered a potential problem. But she was quick to suggest an ekg just to be safe and at the least to establish a baseline. The ekg was "perfect ", to use her words. But being able to talk to a doctor in a relaxed way who is not in a hurry, and listens...is truly a true professional.
I just love this practice- staff makes it or breaks it, and they MAKE it. I have always feared Dr's offices, and with this place, i love to go- all the smiles makes it better. thank you ladies
