I was referred to Dr. Adetut Ogunmefun; from my previous APN. My previous APN would miss scheduled appointments, have me waiting sometimes over 4 hours to be seen and was not listening to my concerns. I was placed on Lexapro anShow mored Alprazolam for months supplies and then cold-turkey stopped on both medicines. It affected me in such a debilitating way that it worsened my condition. Dr Ogunmefun was on time for my visit & we spoke for over an hour (longer than I spoke to my prior Dr in 10 months!)
Dr Adetutu is a great Dr. She is in the field in which she belongs. she genuinely cares about her patients and does not just treat them like a number. And her personality is bright and welcoming consistently. on the other handShow more the collections service/department is rude and off-putting. To call me the day prior to my appmnt and tell me they were cancelling my visit is disgusting. I've been a patient for years my balance wasn't outrageous and i always pay. i take medicine you cant just stop

Dr Adetutu is extremely caring and genuinely cares for her patients concern. The A/R department does not and is rather unethical in their collections techniques and could possibly be brought up on malpractice charges someday however the Dr is a ten out of ten and should not be associated with that side of the business. I've been a patient of hers for years now and have always felt in good hands and care.
