Greetings! My name is Alisha Fluker and I am a doctoral prepared, dual certified nurse practitioner. I am board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) as well as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP). I’ve been practicing as a nurse practitioner for over 15 years. I've worked in different practice settings including private practice, community mental health, inpatient behavioral health and correctional services (jail health). I treat and manage a range of disorders to include: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, postpartum depression/anxiety, seasonal affective disorder, adjustment disorders, PTSD, and OCD. My approach to medication management is conservative as my goal is to prescribe the lowest, yet, most effective dose of a medication. Safety is always my top priority! I am here to listen and partner with you to achieve your personal wellness goals as it relates to mental health. I look forward to working with you.
