Ashleigh Sartor was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. She explained all of my test results and completed forms needed for insurance in a timely manner. She repeatedly asked if I had anything else I wanted to ask her about, and didnShow more't seem to be in a big rush to get out of the room. It seems new patients have to come for an "establish care" visit, and then come back again for the actual physical. Add to that a visit for blood draw, and it's three trips instead of one. Minus one star for that.
Altitude Family Medicine and the whole staff is wonderful. They are efficient and friendly. Dr. Ashleigh Sartor is my ideal primary care physician. She patiently listens to my concerns, helps me resolve them, and keeps me on trShow moreack for all my medical maintenance issues. She is well informed and offers me up to date research and ideas on health care. She is grounded, believing in natural methods of healthcare, but knows when medicines are right for the individual. I am glad she has my back.

It's great working with Dr. Sartor. She listens to what I say and takes action, when appropriate. She gives me options and let's me choose the path to take. My only struggle is with the telemed appointment system. Waiting until a few minutes before the appointment to receive a link to start the meeting hasn't worked smoothly for me. I often have to call the front desk to get the link to start the meeting. Once on the call, everything is fine.
