Nicole the nurse is very efficient and friendly. Dr. KAISER IS KIND AND LISTENS.However , I suggest that he reads a patient's history before treating that patient. D.O . DOCTORS ARE SUPPOSED TO CONSIDER THE WHOLE PERSON not just the symptoms.

I recognized him from the ER when I had a Lego Star Trek Enterprise stuck in my rectum. He removed it without the force. Very happy to have him as my families’ doctor.

Dr Kaiser takes the time to listen to you. He is calm and not in a hurry. He cares about you. Nichol is also very friendly and v ery caring. She always asks if there is something more she can do for you.
Dr. Kaiser and Nicole make me feel so cared about and show true concern for my health. I'm always able to get right in, and feel better after! Sometimes you need more than the proverbial apple!?
