My virtual appointment was absolutely fine. There was some confusion concerning my appoitment. I was scheduled 3 months ago, before the current Covid-19 protocols. The office tried to text me to arrange a virtual appt., but theShow morey used our land line, so I did not receive the message. But a called Dr. Cohen, and he called me back and carried through with my appt. He was so understanding, and went out of his way to make sure I received the care I needed. This was a class bit of medical care.
I have never met a more warm, compassionate and connecting psychiatrist as Dr. Cohen. He leads with his heart and soul. He is so easy to talk to -you forget you are talking to a doctor! Dr. Cohen knows how to relax his patients aShow morend immediately wins their trust. He truly empathized with my feelings, validated them and reassured me that I would be helped through my difficult time. I feel incredibly grateful that this gifted psychiatrist has graced my life. I didn't want my session to ever end!

I never visited a psychiatrist before and pray I never do but if I would have I would definitely choose Dr. Cohen. Dr. Cohen makes you feel like you are not being evaluated but you are having a friendly conversation. It was a comfortable feeling. I felt relaxed and I actually enjoyed the visit.

Dr. Cohen is hands down the best doctor Ive ever had. Scheduling can be rather difficult but when it comes to client care, There is no better the Dr. Cohen! A long time sufferer of "White Coat Syndrome," Dr. Cohen provides exceptional bedside manner and one of the very few doctors that will take the time to listen to you and come up with a treatment plan. I cannot say enough about him.
