So glad to see this Urgent Care open by two wonderful Doctors. We drove an hour just to come see them because we know we can trust them. It was so easy to reserve the spot online and fill out forms making check in fast and easy. WShow moree only waited moments and were in and out in no time. Everyone was pleasant throughout the whole visit. So glad Williamsburg has a great Urgent Care with people that really care about their patients. It is also a Nice, clean facility in a great location.
From the time I went on line and scheduled my appointment to the time I walked out of the door I felt a personal connection with everyone I came in contact with. The atmosphere is more like an actual doctor’s office and not like “Show moreherded cattle” at other urgent care locations. As usual Dr. Dean did not disappoint. She was extremely sympathetic to what I had going on and treated accordingly. Welcome back Dr. Dean and Dr. Anna! So glad to see a privately owned medical facility in our area!

I like your urgent care because I didn't half to wait so long and the people are nice and polite and it is convenient and the environment is good and it was fresh and clean

It was my first visit to Williamsburg Urgent Care, and it won't be my last. I received first class treatment from Dr Dean, in a caring, professional manor. She listened to my history, examined my complaint. Gave me her diagnosis and treatment plan which she explained thoroughly before releasing me. I felt Dr Dean took her time with me, and I never felt rushed. The nursing and office staff were friendly and helpful. The office was spotless and cheerful.
