I visited Dr. McCann and her staff at Vivid McCann Wellness and Aesthetics in Lake Charles for bioTE hormone replacement therapy. As always Jennifer was so pleasant and very informative. I always feel like I'm her only patient becShow moreause she devotes so much time to discussing my visit and answering my questions. The ladies that work for Dr. McCann are a reflection of herself. I felt that each one there genuinely cared about meeting my needs. 5 stars simply aren't enough!
Ive been on biote pellet therapy for almost 3 years now. Due to my job i move constantly. Seldom do i have the convenience of having the pellets inserted at the same place therefore i have ran into problems with infections, the peShow morellets popping out, lab results taking forever and a day. Dr. Jennifer McCann is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, fast, safe and gentle yes gentle. Once started i was done & leaving in 20 mins. Fast painfree & convenient.

Dr. Jennifer is awesome! She's easy to talk to and she allows you to express any concerns you may have. She takes her time to explain the procedure so you will have a complete understanding of what to expect. Dr. Jennifer clinic offers so many different procedures to better yourself...I will definitely be inquiring of them soon. Thank you Dr. Jennifer for taking your time to explain everything to me.

I just recently had a procedure done by Dr. McCann and the whole process was super easy and quick. Knowing that I needed to be seen ASAP, her staff worked diligently to get me in within a week and also saved me a trip to the DeRidder office for a consultation. I literally cannot express how pleased I am with the level of customer service received. Both Dr. McCann and her staff are wonderful and highly recommended!

I’ve been seeing Dr. McCann for about 8 months now for weight loss purposes, and I am certainly pleased with her knowledge, her kindness and professionalism in the office. Along with her staff, you couldn’t find a better atmosphere with positive attitudes if you tried. Not to mention I’m down about 27 lbs since I started. ?
