Dr Kay LISTENS to her patients and EDUCATES them! Never have I felt alone in trying to figure out how to best handle my diabetes. Even when I do my own research and bring it to her asking to go down this path she cautions me of poShow moressible side effects and then supports me. She also has wonderful staff (TARA OHEREN!) that make you feel completely supported. I admit I procrastinated and was a bit of a pain submitting my updated insurance info and they went above and beyond for me (sorry ladies!!)
I have two sons with type 1 diabetes and we have seen many endocrinologists for 25 years. I can confidently say Dr. Moua is the best provider we have EVER had! She has the unique ability to work WITH us!!! She not only has yeaShow morers of experience and professional expertise but she listens!!! To us, that means she takes the time to step into our lives and our blood sugar management challenges and apply that depth of knowledge. We are not dictated to, we are partners with her! Life changing!
