First visit. Everybody was courteous and professional. Dr Herman explained the procedure of what was going to happen, very informative and made me feel comfortable. The technician, Crystal performed a test on the nerves, then procShow moreeeded to perform the RealWave treatment on my feet. Another technician joined in and started on my other foot. I cannot say that I feel any improvement yet and I was told upfront that I may not notice any improvement for a number of sessions. Will update later.
Everyone (receptionist, doctor, therapist ) were all friendly, professional and efficient. Why four stars instead of five? I wanted to feel improvement after the first visit and did not. Yes, I was told it would take time but I’Show moreve been putting up with this pain and skin numbness for two years! I’m anxious to get several more treatments behind me and see if it works. I remain hopeful after the first visit.

Dr. Lee Herman was very through in explaining the why of my suffering from the deep burn I experienced causing my imperial neuropathy. I appreciated the time he took to explain the procedure he would take to help with the numbness in my feet, legs and hands. He thoroughly understood the severe pain I suffered since the burn.
