I have been a long time patient w/Dr. Shelton since 2004 & even followed her over to Arkansas a few times to be seen. Despite the fact she may move like a turtle at times, she will always be that provider that is caring, concerneShow mored & engaged. The office was closed when I got there for my appointment and I was not previously so informed. I think the problem may have seemed from the automated app.kareo that the office uses. I received several reminders of my appointmeShow morent, and then the day before one which said the office is closed today and call to reschedule, but that evening received another reminder that my appointment was still scheduled for the next morning. Confusing. I responded in writing to the online reminder/

Dr. Shelton is a great doctor who takes her time with each patient for a thorough discussion of what is actually going on with the patient. She is really thorough.
Dr Shelton spends time listening and giving solutions. She is very compassionate. She builds a personal relationship with you

My first vist was terrible...My appointment was at 1:00pm...went to back at 1:25...good timing...went in room at 1:30....heard Dr. come to the door...got my chart off door and went into another patient's room...was in room until 3:15 never saw Dr. and left...

Very thorough with examination, very good listener when telling her your issues, friendly, approachable and include your ideas in your care. This is the first doctor I’ve had that really interested in my medical issues. She is also straight forward and tell you the truth about what you need to do.

Setting up my appointment was easy as well setting up my camera on the phone. This was my first time having a video appointment. I wouldn’t mind doing this type of appointment again.
This method of meeting with my doctor was so welcome today! With the current situation, this provided me the ability to have a doctor's appointment and still privately discuss my issues. I would highly recommend this way.
