I was sitting in the office for 1:45 minutes before I was seen by the doctor only to be done in less than 5 min. Not once was I informed by staff that the doctor would be late until I was ready to leave. This is completely unaccepShow moretable. Any other patient would have left & if I were that late my appt would have been canceled. This is unprofessional. If information was provided, I would have respect the wait but sitting in a room with the door closed & no information is disrespectful to my time

Horrible experience. Extreme rude doctor and physically painful service. I requested to pay in full at the time of service, which I did. I was then charged an additional $1300 on my account after the fact. I called to dispute this and request my result. They did not answer any billing questions and would of provide my results without another appointment ($$) even though moved.
Dr. Modi once listened to my concerns. We discussed our next plans and the desired outcomes. I was very pleased with my visit and Dr. Modi is also in the loop with all of my other doctors as we move forward for positive outcomes. I highly recommend Dr. Modi. The staff is excellent, polite and friendly.

Don’t go here doctor never knows what she is doing
This was a follow-up appointment which was a complete wasted of my time and gas. The appointment took all of 5 mins. 2 of which Dr. Modi said hello & gave me my results. The information could have been communicated via phone. My drive there was over an hr. It seems to be a scam to bill my insurance for a second visit which was completely unnecessary. I did not select Dr. Modi. I was referred by my insurance. Therefore, I did not have an option to select a closer OB-GYN.
I would never recommend this doctor. The doctor is a terrible communicator and is really defensive. They are very disorganized and will not stick to scheduled times. This was the worst doctor I have ever been to without a doubt and their poor communication/organization led to several unnecessary hours of work for me. I would give zero stars if I could.

They were meant to call back in 2 weeks with test results. They called 2 hours late. Turns out my cancer concerns were ignored and never tested for. She insisted I never mentioned it and got quickly defensive. I went to the consult for an annual checkup and cancer check which we discussed in detail. Ive been trying to get my test results just so I can transfer to another doctor and they have made it absolutely impossible. Each time I call they change their story Would absolutely never recommend.

Dr. Modi’s office is so convenient with Saturday appointments, easy to make appointments, and nearby location. She is very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.
