Well let me tell you from my experience with the best cervical surgeon in the state of Georgia for as cervical problems from the time he told me what was going on with my cervical neck I had 23456 causing all this pain and discomfShow moreort it got to the point I couldn't sleep go and enjoy watching my son play baseball games just really wanted to stay in the bed all day.then.i met Dr Randolph c Bishop. And he told me that what I had going on in my neck would get worse and that was an understatement it did for three months I could do nothing but tough it out I thought the pain would be a headache and radiation down the neck shoulder elbow and fingers the worst of the pain would settle in the elbow and arm.a month ago I met with doctor bishop and he knew I was at my worst with the pain.but he had a plan he had went over with me in detail and I told him I was ready a date was set.for surgery to go in and fix 23456 spinal fusion and yes the best decision ever made today I am pain free in my neck and both my arms and fingers had the best rest in a long time.God is good.he has given Dr Randolph c Bishop such skills as this to fix people.sorry for such a long read .but thank you Dr Randolph c Bishop.you and your staff for being the kindest and compassionate staff.i sincerely appreciate everything you do for your patience thank y'all.
Excellent doctor and surgeon. He has successfully addressed emergency surgeries and pre scheduled surgeries. I’ve known Dr Bishop for years and he’s done five surgeries to allow me a much better quality of life. One of the officeShow more PAs, Kelli is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, encouraging, and has exemplary listening skills. She always has time to address issues and possible outcomes. The office staff is kind and attentive. Unfortunately, getting though to the office and getting answers by telephone CAN BE VERY DAUNTING! This is an issue that CAN BE FIXED. Bad phone contact and negatively is not acceptable. It makes people feel less valued and not respected. Think manners and convenience! Issues get where they are supposed to go and can be resolved. Kindness and recognition builds relationships and improves efficiency and everyone is positively rewarded by having their needs met in a timely manner. No confusion is critical. Front desk folks need to and plan and carry it out consistently. I have not had the opportunity to meet with Melinda, but I have had her help me on the phone. Praise to both these professionals. I credit Dr Bishop keeping me motivated and mobile. If I had not found him, I wouldn’t be as independent at 73 as I am presently. He is there for me. That means a great deal. I’m looking forward to meeting Melinda working with Kelli and when needed, Dr Bishop will be there for me. Thank you Kelli for being my go to person. Dr Bishop is the most caring doctor. He spends time explaining and showing you where your problem is and how it can be fixed. He is very thorough and understanding and straight to the point. I would and will recommend him to anyone who needs a good Neurologist. He does not waste your time and he is up front in answering any questions you may ask.

As always, the Doctor and staff are the greatest. My surgery went great and I'm healing wonderfully, slowly but wonderfully. If anyone is considering surgery I would urge them to do the nessesary research but I would also recommend Doctor Bishop
Once again i went to Dr. Bishop s office to get injections in my back. Kelli Hendley performed the procedure with such gentleness. I have also had ablations and they were also meticulously performed with great care. I have nothing negative to say about this practice and give it 5 stars.

The patience and knowledge the entire staff have is incredible. Back / Neuro work can be a scary time and they all take the time to educate and made me feel comfortable with the choices I’ve made.

Dr.Bishop was really laid back he did the mylogram I didn't even feel the needle in my spine I knew I had chosen the right surgeon when I felt dye going straight into my right sciatica nerve going down from my back to my leg.He told me that my spine and my disc were in bad . Then I went for the cat scan. I Will find out about that soon! If surgery can be done Dr Bishop is the surgeon I trust with my spine and Back!!!! Thank you so much!!!
