I had an appointment at 8:30 am this morning. After sitting for an hour I was told that I could not see Dr Sheppard unless I paid $300.00 dollars. My appt was a pre op from my surgery. So I should not of had to pay anything. I wasShow more told that I was being charged every time I followed up with her. For every appt that I have had prior to today I was not asked for any payment. I walked out of the office very unhappy. The reception workers are very rude and very unhelpful. Dont Go to this office.
My experience with Dr Renee Shepherd was above any expectation I could have had. Her expert hands have shown with my continuing positive healing process. My only negativity is how the office handles its contact with patients. I was given the option to text with someone OR I could speak with the AI named Lucy. Just a very unprofessional way to communicate w/ patients.

I had a thorough exam for my self-diagnosed plantar fasciitis and a good treatment plan building on what I had started on my own. I’m hopeful that things will progress quickly and get back to normal. The doctor and staff were very personable and professional.

Dr. Shepherd was very nice, but other than having me wear some Velcro type booties on my feet, she really didn’t tell me what I could do for the pain I’m experiencing.

Dr. Renee Shepherd is consistently dedicated to her patients. I have been under her care for six months. Without fail she is very thorough, a good listener and always has time for any questions. She is tops in her field. Highly recommend her.
When I finally was seen, dr Shepherd was pleasant, good communication, created confidence in her treatment. Pity she won’t be there when I come in again.

I would say my visit with Dr Shepherd was ideal. First I met Amber, a very personable member of the team, and her smile and attitude would put anyone with any anxiety regarding a dr visit, into a comfort zone. Dr. Renee Shepherd was a no nonsense, fix the foot issue, and all the while with a great "foot side manner". Any person considering a foot care special place, I can say with confidence, go here, all will be well.
Absolutely sorry to hear that Dr. Sheppard will be leaving.
We really liked Dr. Shepherd; however, we are extremely disappointed she is leaving the practice.
Dr. Shepherd and her staff were gentle in dealing with my mother-in-law's feet and helped her to get into and out of the chair, which she was having difficulty with after a recent fall.
Dr Shepherd was very professional and courteous. I liked her a lot, I would recommend her to other patients.
