Our healthcare model is challenged to address chronic medical conditions that result largely from lifestyle factors negatively impacting our health. Conventional medical care is conducted in a fragmented fashion in hospitals and doctors’ offices with hurried providers that must balance the interests between patients and employer to address complex medical conditions. The result is a compromised patient-physician relationship and narrow scope of care that puts medications at the center of effective treatment while neglecting our ability to heal with appropriate lifestyle interventions. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, patient-centered medical care that embraces the biopsychosocial model of health and partners with patients in their journey back to a place of well-being. We accomplish this by integrating conventional treatments with evidence-based complimentary treatments to arrive at a treatment plan suitable to you.
