Thank you for your in-person visit. I enjoyed meeting with you, but hopefully will get a medication this time from my pharmacy that is much more similar to the first medication, as the second one was significantly painful! This Show moreis unusual, especially in this medication. I will discuss this with the pharmacy, and contact Teva to inform them of factors important to me about the medication (including my reason for being on the medication). Thank you!

Dr. Chase is the first psychiatrist I’ve had that actually listens to me. Unlike other doctors, it doesn’t feel like he’s just trying to prescribe medicine, but really tries to figure out what’s going on.
I felt like he was listening to me and I found out I did have an underlying condition and I hope I can now get better

Knowledgeable, present, easy to talk with. I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Chase! His office staff is attentive and polite. Communication is timely and thorough. Office is automated and everything from virtual visits to refills to scheduling to billing is streamlined and easy.
