I have been telling Miss Isabella for over a month the spending was something I was severely concern with and that I would like new medication. At my appointment she told me just to continue on taking medication that I was taking Show morenow. To return in four weeks. At front desk I told receptionist what she said and how concerned I was with spending. She went back and spoke to Isabella. Isabella met me at my car and said if my Depakote levels came back normal she would phone in a new prescription.
Miss Sonia is very patient and understanding. She made me feel that I had a voice in my treatment and that there were options. I felt comfort in how she involved me as a patient and didn’t just write a prescription to hurry me outShow more the door. She does truly care for your well being and for you to be at your best. She is understanding and respectful and definitely a welcoming smile always!
