I had my 1st Virtual Visit yesterday ( Sunday), and he did all of the setting it up from his end. I have very complex issues, and texted him earlier. He was so prompt with answering the texts. He even offered to meet me in his offShow moreice, but my husband wasn't home, and I don't drive anymore. But that is how caring and worried Dr. Lohano is to his patients. And he was able to answer our questions and my care, during the virtual visit, and set up my appointment to be seen by him in his office. Dr. Lohano goes above and beyond for his patients!
Lauren goes above and beyond to respond promptly any time I have a question or concern for the doctor or about a prescription. She took care of an issue with a PA, and insured i had samples until my medication was filled. That levShow moreel of care or concern is difficult to find these days. I've seen Taylor Thomas twice now, and Erica checked me in for her. Erica listens and is so kind and helpful. Taylor was easy to communicate with, and really provided me with helpful options and education. I appreciate this office and all its staff very much.

Dr. Lohano completed his medical residency at The John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, Illinois. Afterward, he practiced as a primary care physician at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana, and built a new hospitalist program there to improve patient service, customer satisfaction, and market share, as well as establish operational procedures and coordination systems for primary care and specialist physicians to deliver exceptional patient care. In 2014, he established another hospitalist program at Baptist Health Floyd (formerly Floyd Memorial Hospital) and served as the medical director until 2020.
He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, Society of Hospital Medicine, and American Academy of Pediatrics Dr. Lohano has over 16 years of experience in direct patient care, along with a unique background in internal medicine, pediatric care, and customer service.

Friendly and helpful from beginning to the end of the visit, Dr. Lohano came in promptly after I was roomed. A real bonus is being able to have a blood drawn right there and then instead of having to go to a lab. You can definitely tell this is a private practice, not a another mega clinic.
Dr. Lohano was very thorough and really listened.
I always appreciate how his staff makes every effort to set up an appointment as quickly as possible for me. Dr. Lohano always takes time to explain things fully. He never seems rushed or too distracted to listen. One thing that always impresses me is how, near the end of the appointment, he will ask if there are any other issues I want to discuss. I have never had another physician do that.
He listen to everything I had to say and he explained all my medical issues to me to where I understand and how to take care of them and how to take of the situation

I saw Dr, Lahano for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of time he takes with his patients. My past experience with other physicians has always felt rushed and feeling like I didn’t get to mention some of my ailments.. I am so glad I am now a patient of Dr Lahano. He is willing to go above and beyond for his patients and in todays world that is unheard of.
Friendly and is generally concerned about your health. Staff works hard to help with needs outside of medical as well as your care. I would recommend He and his wife to any of my friends and family or anyone whom asks.
I think DR. Lohano really does good. He goes over everything and some things I forgot about. He has helped me a lot. Everybody there has been good to me. I can always get appointment when it isn't time yet.

Dr Lohano is a very patient and caring doctor. He spent the time needed with my 92 year old mother and we never felt rushed throughout our visit. He spoke to HER, not me. He gave both of us invaluable advice regarding her current situation.
