I’ve dealt with ADHD all my life because I was reluctant to speak with anyone about it nor did I even realize I had ADHD until a friend pointed out to me. Speaking with Dr. Alston has positively impacted my life. I am able to fullShow morey focus and complete one task before moving on to another which has improved my personal, business, and overall well-being. I sincerely hope that someone reading this will not be reluctant to speak with Dr. Alston.
Terrinda Alston and I see each other via tele-visit. She prescribes my meds for anxiety and depession, but she is so much more than a "writer of prescriptions." She is genuinely concerned for the well-being of her patients, a trShow moreuly empathetic and understanding therapist, ready with ideas and suggestions to help her patients solve their emotional problems. I feel so lucky to have found her and would highly recommend her to someone looking for a calm, sympathetic presence.

Terrinda (Dr. Alston) is an empathetic listener, always summarizes what I have said, and treats my issues with respect and understanding. I feel extremely fortunate to have found her. Originally, I sought her as a medication prescriber, but now I look forward to talking with her about what's going on in my life to see if she can help me overcome the numerous stressors I face. I would highly recommend her as a therapist.

Dr. Alston is very thorough and kind. She is an attentive listener and knowledgeable provider. I have seen some of the best providers in our area. They all retired. I would add Dr. Alston to the list. I would give her the highest recommendation! Her staff is also attentive and kind.

Terrinda Alston, DNP,FNP-C,PMHNP-BC was professional and passionate. She is throughout and a great listener. My last Psychiatrist relocated. I was hesitant about getting a new Psychiatrist or PA, but she made the transition smooth. I feel good about the current care plan that I'm on and look forward to feeling better. She even gave me some resources and recommendations. I'm well pleased with her and she assured me they she will not be relocating anytime soon.
