While the staff was extremely personable and knowledgeable, Dr. Anderson didn't give me the same sense. He seemed knowledgeable; however, he wasn't very personable. It seemed to me he was there to tell the patient about disclaimerShow mores. He didn't ask one personal question of me. I'm new to the process so perhaps that's how it works.

Troy didn’t explain anything or talk hardly at all but maybe since it was my 2nd appointment nothing needed explaining which is ok.
