Dr. Salinas was extremely good and very nice. He asked very good questions. There were a couple of things I thought of after we left that I would like for him to add to the information he already has. Number one is that my body Show moretemperature has always been on the low side....77.6 or 77.7 (in that area). In the last few months my temp. has gone up into the 78 range. Number two is in the morning and sometimes throughout the day I am some what shaky and very tired. Thank you.
I’m feeling the body changing little by little. The body is taking the change in small increments. I’m begging to lose wait and having to tighten the belt another notch. The sleep is not as restless as it use to be. I’m still hShow moreaving a little problem with the sleep but not as much. I have been working a lot of overtime lately and have not been able to attend the exercise classes. But this coming week I have scheduled for exercise training on Tuesday 7th; Thursday 9th; and Saturday 11th.
