The office is calm and clean and very nice. Thus far, everyone I've interacted with has been, at worst, pleasant to , at best, delightful. Very lovely place, a little small, but definitely lovely and cozy and safe feeling. The worShow morest part is scheduling an appointment over the phone because there's only one (?) receptionist to answer the calls, but they are often pulled away or on another line, and I understand how busy it gets.
Very nice building, nice and quiet, everyone's been nice and friendly thus far, and the help I've been getting has been beneficial to me. About the only problem is scheduling the first appointment, because the receptionist isn't aShow morelways available to answer and you go to voicemail. They will call you back, tho. I got called back in about 24 hours. Scheduling follow ups is a breeze, since you just go to the desk at the office.

I have felt very comfortable in this office. Erica is very easy to talk to and my mood always improves after my session. I’m also pleased that the office is open on Saturday as this is the most convenient day for me to set up an appointment due to my schedule and location.
