I have been there twice already more because it’s convenient. Staff could be friendlier. I only had one employee greet me with a smile. Also when checking in they asked me to sign in then take a seat. When calling me back to the fShow moreront desk to confirm my personal info receptionist yelled across the office my street name and last 4 of my phone number. I work at a doctors office myself and we wait till pt is at the front desk so we can confirm info and not let other pts hear any personal info. I appreciated that they took me in and out in a timely manner but I feel there is always room for improvement
Office was very clean and the service was as fast as could be expected in an urgent care. I was in town visiting my family when I found myself needing to see a doctor. My dad goes to this urgent care facility and had nothing but pShow moreositive things to say. Staff was friendly and attentive. Erik Duque, PA was thorough in asking questions about where my pain was located and the level of pain. He originally prescribed me one medication that I had tried before and my body did not do well with it. When I expressed that he was understanding and prescribed me something different. Overall great care.

Eric was wonderful with my daughter. He took the time to listen to her and to me and proceeded cautiously and completely. His bedside manner was fantastic!
Everyone were very nice. The waiting area was very warm. The chairs are very low and very difficult to get out of. The staff seemed very professional. Thank you

Poor listening skills. Take what the patient says into consideration. I’ve dealt w/ this ailment my entire life. I know what works and what doesn’t & bc dr. D wants to play god (super original ) I’ll have to make another visit in a week bc what he prescribed typically does not clear up the ear infection. So thanks doc. More than likely I’ll have to go back to urgent care. But it won’t be that particular location. Inshallah I’ll find a physician who listens to their patients. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Dr Duque really seemed to know how to treat my symptoms. I was really happy with my visit to him. I started feeling much better after taking the medications prescribed by him. I would definitely recommend him as a doctor.
I would’ve gave a 5 star but the facility the workers are in isn't what they deserve. that’s an apple urgent care issue they need to address. The care my son received was great! The nurses, MA, or whatever certification they have were great to my son! Very caring and quick to help. The Dr. Erik Duque was great as well! He didn’t over prescribe and didn’t do anything more than needed to. I rate the Dr. And women working in the front a 5 star and the facility a 3.5 because of the space/wait
Fast friendly, pharmacist explained medication in detail. Wished for me to get better, he was very pleasant. Staff was great about getting back to me when my medication was ready.

I feel great coming to Apple Urgent Care, the ladies at the front desk were polite, I didn't have to wait long to be called to the back, my vitals were taken by a very pleasant lady, and the physician was as concerned about my symptoms as I was took time to really listen to me and did a thorough check of everything provided the right prescription and I'm doing great today! Thank you everyone at Apple Urgent Care Perris location.
Amazing! Staff and Dr. Cared were nice, havnt experienced that for along , long time! , also very quick . Will be making this are no. 1 place to go,! They need more people like all of them at that urgent care in the world ! Thank you to everyone there! You are awesome!!!!!
It seemed very busy with many people in the waiting area. We waited about an hour and a half. The dr we saw was nice and so was the MA
