It is important to me that I meet each of my clients where they are so that they are comfortable to do what is needed to meet their goals. I understand that seeking therapy can be difficult and awkward and I’d like to help ease you through the process at a pace that is productive and meaningful, where you also feel understood, listened to, and validated. In therapy, I bring my empathy, genuineness, compassion, down-to-earth style, and knowledge to help lead you through your therapeutic journey. I have experience with all ages and a variety of issues and concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, anger, ADHD, etc. I use an array of techniques such as CBT, Person-Centered, Solution- Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Reality Therapy to assist my clients. Individuals, couples and families welcome. My goal is to help clients find the answers they seek and lead a more happy, healthy, and fulfilling life. I look forward to working with you!
