I went to another facility hoping to be given the necessary medications and treatment to take care of my sinus infection, I was told that I should take over the counter treatments for a week, then call back and she would prescribeShow more the necessary meds I needed. I immediately left the other walk in clinic and came here hoping to have a better experience, and I most certainly did. They listened to my concerns and asked the proper questions and determined that in fact I did need a prescription.
I worked with Jaimie Melancon at her previous clinic. I was looking for a new health care provider locally, and I discovered that Jaimie had started her own new clinic in the Youngsville. She provided me with a thorough examinatShow moreion & consultation. I never feel rushed to leave the office, and all my questions were answered skillfully & patiently. The office staff is friendly, pleasant and courteous. Jaimie's partner Kimberly Chu is also very competent and professional. Highly recommend.

Jaimie has to be one of the most thorough Practitioners out there. She goes over absolutely everything with you from family history to personal health issues. She covers it all and listens. She actually wants to help you plus the staff is so sweet and on time!
By far the best experience I have had at a doctors office and I am 40! I felt comfortable and Jamie was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of care and concern. I would recommend 1000%!
