Jim has been a really good fit for me. I am really hard on myself a lot of the time and after seeing Jim, he’s made me realize I can make mistakes, but it doesn’t define me. He is very uplifting and gives you a ton of tools to makShow moree your mind and soul feel good about yourself. His EMDR method I didn’t really think would work, but it really does. I am forever grateful to have found someone that has made my anxiety and depression go away. Would rate more than a 5 star if I could!!! Thanks Jim!!

Talk therapy combined with the deep processing that takes place with the EMDR work is profounShow mored. James Freeland is intuitive to the needs of the moment and works with me, not at me. If there were a ten-star rating, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BRIGHTEN ALL TEN STARS. Pathways are being cleared, allowing for more resilience and joy. Grateful for the collaboration.
