I was to go to the lab only, because I had already seen Julie Pickens last month. But when I got there I had to go through another visit over again. And they knew that I was just going for labs. (I needed my blood pressure medicinShow moree filled). And I live a good distance from Buffalo. And I still didn't get my medicine. I enjoy seeing James Pickens he's a very, very nice person. Some of the other staff must have been having a bad day. Their usually very nice and welcoming. I never mind going ther.
My 5 year old son had been running fever each night throughout the weekend. Monday I had jury duty (didnt get picked) and work. I decided to take him in as a walk in around 4. They got me in quickly and the ladies in front were veShow morery nice. James was great with Lloyd. They did a strep and flu test which went very smoothly. The strep test was positive so he promptly sent the prescription to the pharmacy. Wonderful clinic. I will definitely use them in the future. Yery caring staff.

James Pickens is very good. He is very concerned about your health and well being and goes above and beyond for you. Always explains and talks to you in a way that you can understand every thing he says. He rates way up there for doctor/nurse patient relationship.
I liked how he was straight to the point. He wasn't trying to do all kinds of tests to get more money out if me. The price for the office visit was very reasonable and everything was done quickly, but not to quickly.
Was the best experience I have ever had at a doctors office I will make him my permanent doctor in the near future
