I had been to 2 Emergecy rooms, 1 by ambulance. The did NOT follow protocol for a patient with Addisons Disease and were condescending and stupid. The nurses were OK, which is usually the case. But I will NEVER go to them again. Show more FINALLY, I went to Laughlin Community Health Center because I remembered seeing Donna Kelly there who was amazing. This time I was in their urgent care and saw James Smith, P.A. He was not only concerned, understanding, kind and helpful but EDUCATED! Rare here N. AZ.
I could not ask for a better primary healthcare provider. Recently I became very ill, with numerous frightening symptoms. James took excellent care of me, and I am back on track. He’s an excellent listener, and it’s obvious he Show moregenuinely cares. The 5 stars are for James, ZERO stars for the front office staff and his medical assistant. They are rude, abrupt, and borderline hostile. I have grown to dread checking in with them for my appointments. Regardless, I highly recommend James.

James Smith, PA is the best physician I've ever had in my lifetime .... and I'm 66 yrs young. He listens patiently to you as you describe your symptoms , and he does not rush any aspect in accessing your illness. He is very courteous and is extremely knowledgeable ! .... I feel very fortunate to have found him in this Tri-State area ... trust me, you're in good hands with James !!!

Dr James Smith is a very capable and experienced Dr… he is great about follow-up and treating me with the utmost respect… he encourages communication between his patients, listens attentively and discusses alternate ways for treatment that is right for you. He is perfect for me as a physician. My highest requirement for a good Dr is open communication and dialogue. He never rushes you in or out… thank you Dr James Smith!
