I love this clinic!! Not very many around where you can call in and say I'm having an issue and they tell you to come in, everywhere else says they can make you an appointment for next week or they will try to fit you in with a 2 Show morehour wait. Everyone is nice, friendly and go out of their way to show you concern. Much like the old school office's. All you are now at other office's is a body along with the other 3 bodies with the same appointment time. They have fantastic "bedside manner!"
I did not realize just how sick I was. Everyone was so nice. The nurse who did my Covid and flu test knew I was anxious about the swabs. She was patient and talked me through them and she kept apologizing. She was so sweet. Then dShow moreoctor Jeremy Romaine came out to give me the diagnosis. He brought me inside and asked me more questions and listened to my lungs. He said they sounded clear but he sent me out for chest x rays. I had pneumonia. He was very thorough. They are awesome!

Jeremy was kind, knowledgeable, concise, and professional. A+
I appreciate how Jeremy listens then works with me to come up with a solution. He isn't quick to prescribe medication, and when he does, makes sure I am aware of the pros and cons. He also takes his time to explain what exactly is going on and short-term as well as long-term solutions. It's hard to find someone these days who still takes the time to listen and really care.
The 5 stars is for Jeremy and ALL the staff are so kind and helpful!!! I would however give 4 stars for the wait times. Best clinic in the Chattanooga area. Jeremy is truly invested in his patients health and wellness.

Jeremy was thorough and while providing help on the spot he also gave instructions for further assistance. Everyone in that office is all smiles and very helpful. They actually made me feel better mentally as well as physically just going in there.

My experience today with Dr. Romine seeing me was great. He was very knowledgeable, and did not mind answering all questions that he was asked.
Always helpful in listening to all of the symptoms and willing to give the best care into what fits your needs the most.
I have seen Jeremy 3x now. I really appreciate how he takes the time to explain everything visually and making sure I understand what my body is doing and how it is reacting, etc. His time with me is not rushed at all. I'm grateful to have found someone who cares!

Jeremy Romine asked me a lot of questions to get a good idea of my condition before deciding which medicine to prescribe for me for COVID-19. He gave me instructions on how to reduce my chances of developing pneumonia. He emphasized the importance of rest and staying well hydrated. He reminded me to continue taking my supplements of zinc, D3 and vitamin C. I felt as though he really cared about me as a patient and wanted to help me as much as possible.
Everyone was SO nice. Doc spent extra time in the room explaining things thoroughly and was just so sweet. When you aren’t feeling good, and people spread kindness .. it’s a game changer. Thank you all!

I was needing an injection for my tennis elbow and I was nervous, thinking it was gonna hurt, but Jeremy done a very good job. I didn’t feel it at all.
I was having my elbow injected for tennis elbow and I was apprehensive about getting it done because I was afraid it was going to hurt, but Jeremy done a great job didn’t feel it at all!
