I have been seeing Dr. Dutton for my tinnitus for about 6 months. Dr. Dutton has helped me find strategies and tools to help me manage my tinnitus and thus has direclty improved my quality of life. She is so kind and caring. She tShow moreakes the time to explain things to me, and that also puts me at ease. Everytime I walk out of her office I feel better about my condition. I am so thankful that she does tinnitus retraining (TRT) and that she is in San Diego! She's magic. I highly recommend Dr. Dutton!
I came to Jerilyn during Covid (December 2021) So there was no one else in the office. I came to her with a need to understand myself better and to educate my friends and family how this affects my life and how to make things easShow moreier for all of us. Jerilyn was amazing! She is very understanding and talks to you in a way you can relate. She listens to you and really makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her!!!

Jerilyn is always very thorough in testing my hearing and in explaining what the results mean. I have been totally happy with all aspects of my experience with her for several years.
Dr. Dutton takes time to listen to me about my heating aid problem. She sent it back to the company and made sure I was comfortable with loaners while mine were being repaired.. Sue
It's hard to say enough good things about the care provided by Dr. Dutton! She is a wonderful provider, with an upbeat "can do" attitude, who gives her patients a lot of personal attention to help them solve their hearing problems.

I can't say enough good things about the care that I have received from Dr. Dutton! I delayed getting hearing aids for a few years because so many people I know had terrible experiences. I am so grateful for her expertise, upbeat attitude, and careful follow-up.

Dr JerilynDutton Au. D is charming extremely pleasant. she is knowledgeable about a many different hearing aid brands. she teaches at the audiology school to give you a feeling for her depth of experience. She made adjustments to fitting my phonak, not the brandshe sells,ear plugs and tweeks to the software that greatly improved their functionality.
